BBQ Pulled Young Jackfruit Burger
A basic recipe
Servings 4 people
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 350 g Just Veggies Young Jackfruit in BBQ sauce
- 4 qty Burger buns
- 10 tbsp Vegan spread
- 5 ml Vegan mayonnaise
- 1 bunch Oakleaf green lettuce
- 4 slices Onion
- 8 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Vegan cheese
- Heat the oil in a pan in medium to high heat. Add Just Veggies Young Jackfruit in BBQ sauce to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and set aside.
- To assemble, pile the Jackfruit into the halved burger buns, spoon the vegan spread and vegan mayonnaise.
- Top with lettuce, onion, Jackfruit prepared earlier, tomato, vegan cheese, salt, pepper, sandwich together and enjoy.
