
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan in medium to high heat

Step 2
Add in a 1/2 cup finely chopped brown onion when the oil is hot and cook for 2 mins

step 3
Add a 1/2 tomato dice, Just Veggies Young Jackfruit in Indian Tikka Sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, mix well and cook for another 1 minute

Step 4
Mix 100ml of coconut yoghurt and cook for further 2 minutes
